I love decorating my house with paper chains at Christmas – there’s something soothing about sitting in front of some cheesey TV and sticking the paper strips together, perhaps with a glass of mulled wine on the go! Hello this is Hannah! I have just spent a happy saturday afternoon rustling up Bunting Kits ready for our stall at the Leamington Christmas Market on Sunday 9th December. We’ve still got a lot of making to do but we are really excited and can’t wait!! As the dedicated textiles fanatic at the Makery Mill I love hunting out vintage fabrics and I’ve found some beautiful designs for these kits – make sure you pop along and grab yourself one, and maybe one for a crafty friend too – a perfect christmas gift!

Hello everyone and welcome to Makery Mill! Watch this space for DIY tutorials, trend spotting, design, craft, food and party ideas and general chatter from us. We will also soon be running cake decorating classes, bespoke hen parties, themed children’s parties and craft workshops! We are based in Leamington Spa, Wawickshire and hope to welcome visitors from the nearby towns of Warwick Kenilworth and Stratford, as well as those of you who wish to visit our pretty part of the country :)
